Investments
Nations Capital Group participates in investment holding through its investment vehicle Nations Capital Projects. Through this vehicle the company owns equity in the following entities, in some instances through special purpose vehicle (SPV) with other consortium partners.

This is the transaction management unit of the organization, which has overseen transaction well in excess of R8bn since the company’s inception in 2001. Through carefully acting in the interest of its clients as trusted advisors.

Lwazi Koyana
Lwazi is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with an impressive track record of over 20 years of experience in investment management and corporate finance. He has expertly overseen transactions that totaled nearly R8bn with Nations Capital Advisors, serving as either Lead Advisor or Co-Advisor with an Alliance Partner. Lwazi's financial structuring and transaction management skills are highly valued in the industry.
He started his career as an articled clerk with Coopers & Lybrand after qualifying as a CA in 1994. At Syfrets Managed Assets in Cape Town, he worked closely with the Chief Investment Officer to manage South Africa's first socially responsible unit trust, the Community Growth Fund. He later founded Infinity Asset Management where he served as Managing Director, increasing assets under management to R4 billion in less than four years before selling the business in 2001.
Recently, Lwazi joined Dogon Group Properties to lead Corporate Governance and work alongside his wife Sindi to create and build the South African BEE Real Estate Academy. His extensive experience and leadership skills have been invaluable in his impressive career in the investment management and finance industry.
